Big jump today because I let myself eat whatever I wanted yesterday at family dinner. And I'm not worried because I know it will soon be gone. This is probably the first time I've been able to enjoy a family dinner without guilt of what I'm eating, which was nice. I'm thinking of doing a water fast today just because I still feel yucky from too much sugar and carbs.

4/5 121 TOM post UD (not sure how this happened, there was even wine involved)
4/6 121.8 post MD Fasted most of day but went to dinner. LC but unsure of calories.

4/8 124.2 post DD (290) I am not sure what's going on. I ate a couple of pickles and possibly too much salt on chicken? Also sore from exercise on Sunday. I am just trying to trust this.

Oh my! What a sweet thing to say. Listen, gf, you already ARE at goal, IMO. You're just a few measly pounds off, right? Big whoop! With Juddd, you will get there (and below...most likely, effortlessly, haha!). In the mean time, when it's vaca time, enjoy yourself! You know you'll lose whatever small gain there is in a few rotations. I am just coming off of some MDs in combo with some higher UDs and am surprisingly back around my comfort zone. It's REALLY DOABLE and lovely. No worries, you're already doing it! (as evidenced with your past few MD/UD/UUAD rotations and excellant scale love! SEE???!!! You got this!
