I switched to high-protein-only (no fat or carbs) for a few days (maybe a week) just to change it up - and it worked! I plan to go on another fat fast and then back to JUDDD when I stall again, probably in a week or so. When I get close to goal I always have a really hard time losing the last 10-15 pounds so I expect to have to constantly change my methods to keep my metabolism guessing.

So happy to hear this. I also think at your age and heighr you should be able to maintain at higher calories eventually. If you have reading time, FLIP THE SWITCH by Robert Cooper has.some suggestions for firing up your metabolism. Some of them are pretty simple and not time consuming.

Having an OK UD, have swapped lunch for salted buttered popcorn at the cinema which I wanted despite it being high carb! Hope salt and carb impact won't last too long.

I'm not doing well. My sil passed away under bad circumstances leaving 3 little kids behind. I've not been counting and eating my feelings some.

Nice, Pat!

I think you did brilliantly ... the scale jumping back so fast shows that the scale going up was just water/volume. Sometimes life does intervene, and you might decide that you are not going to let those things take you off your planned rotations, but it's nice to know that you can occasionally do something differently and it is still OK.

4/5 121 TOM post UD (not sure how this happened, there was even wine involved)
4/6 121.8 post MD Fasted most of day but went to dinner. LC but unsure of calories.

4/8 124.2 post DD (290) I am not sure what's going on. I ate a couple of pickles and possibly too much salt on chicken? Also sore from exercise on Sunday. I am just trying to trust this.
