Strangely, despite the two UUAD days, my daily average calories for the week is still 933 (with 4 DDs and 3 UDs).

I am having increasing menopause symptoms. Things that went away 6-7 years ago are back full force, especially more and longer hot flashes and night sweats. I know there is some correlation to weight loss b/c the hot flashes started back two years ago when I started low carbing. This past month, everything has been so much worse. I dread heading into summer.
