DD Saturday-- I know you're out there!

I don't always post on the weekend but I'm on the pc looking for recipes, so here I am.

I did my workout this morning, and some additional tidying around the house, so I think I'll be able to have a nice roast chicken and veggies dinner with our guests.

B:x
L: water, vitamins

D: 2 large pieces of roast chicken (I'll take the skin off, unless its super crunchy ) and some veggies, etither green beans or broccoli

pineapple chunks for dessert

500-600 will be fine.

Had 201 cals at lunch. Only 2 carbs. I plan on that being it to make up for the UUAD I had yesterday.

Having an MD today, so I can change rotations. Just had a sonic corn dog (210) and I'm sitting here sipping on a coffee (10) until it's time for my riding lesson. I had cereal bars (330) and tea for brekkie, or "breppers" is our family word for it.
Hoping to go to salad bar restaurant for dinner. If not, will eat protein at dinner, maybe eggs and some Greek yogurt. Goal is 600-800 cals for day.

Hope no one minds me posting this in down day thread. I know it's kind of a junky menu. It was supposed to be an up day and I feel a bit deprived. Not really. Well, maybe a little.

I hear you Emma. I sort of hate MDs. Feels like a diet-- not enough to enjoy, but not doing the "work" of a DD. blah.

I'm heading out to buy the chicken-- I never make roast chicken, so I'm sort of excited

I'm here - Saturday DD's are tough, but at least they only happen every other week! I had bullet-proof hot chocolate at 2:30 pm and that's it for me for the day. Feeling great! Looking forward to tomorrow.

Been busy with my grandmother all day so I made a couple of ham and laughing cow in romaine for lunch while I came home to check on my dog.
I made a batch of cabbage soup, too Good stuff for "what ails ya"

The chicken came out great... Had that and green beans, and some pineapple and raspberries for dessert.
