DD Friday!!

Good day to all.

It's Friday and it's a DD for me. Who else? Who else is going to rock this DD with me?!?!

Not really hungry yet. Just drinking coffee and water. Had my potato starch and probiotics first thing this AM.

May have a protein based late lunch like a quest bar or greek yogurt.

Hey Green, how is the potato starch working for you? Do you count the calories in it and how much are you having? I'm tempted to try it again.

B- coffee w half n half
L- coffee w half n half
D - 2 oz turkey pepperoni, pickle spear, gluc pudding.

I have never been able to make an edible gluc pudding before, but I think I may have succeeded today.

It's going well. May be too ealry to tell. I worked my way up quickly to 3T in water with SBO probiotics on empty stomach in AM. Gassiness comes and goes. Had a small pimple breakout on my chin. My only worry is that I have more bad bacteria than desired and the RS is feeding them too. Hopefully the probiotics and fermented veggies are providing enough of the good guys to overcome the bad. I want to have the Geneva GI effects stool testing done, but can't find a dr. that uses geneva diagnostics who charges a price I can afford. They all want to charge me huge initial consultation fees... I'm like just deliver my poop to Geneva please!! haha TMI!!!
I haven't been counting the cals.

It seems like you flying to Geneva would be the more fun option there!

What are the SBO probiotics? I'm going to pick up some probiotics this weekend but I'm still not sure what the best kind to get are.

When I tried the RS before, only for two days so really not a good sampling, I felt kind of off and a little queasy both days. Maybe it was the lack of probiotics? I'm sure my gut is a mess, so I'm reading the other thread on it with interest but still not entirely sure of how to fix this.

I've read about these SBO probiotics:
Prescript-Assist
AOR Probiotic-3
Primal Defense Ultra


I've had prescript-assist for past year (taken on and off) and just got Primal defense in from amazon a few days ago. AOR is back-ordered and will arrive early april from amazon as well.

No big plan except to stay LOW.

B: coffee with FF 1/2&1/2 (20)
L: half container greek yogurt w/ tsp SF jam (45)
S: broth if I need it and/or diet coke (10)
D: probably a frozen dinner; I have several low cal ones (>200)

Aiming for NO wheat today, as I think I overdid yesterday.

I'm back home and desperately in need of a good DD today!

B - coffee with half and half

L - ? probably more coffee or hot green tea, HB egg if necessary

D - Protein shake

Lots of water and tea all day and some ACV in water at some point. Maybe coconut oil in low calorie hot chocolate if I need it to stay full.

D: haddock with charred aubergine, griddled courgette and dried tomatoes

Snacks: FF Total Greek yoghurt. MCT oil if needed.
