DD Thursday! What's on your menu?

I totally fumbled my DD yesterday, so today will be a DD
I blame the almond brittle DH brought home. I totally binged on it.

B: coffee, black
L: grilled chicken breast and broccoli (about 170 cals)
S: broth w/celery and green onions (30 cals); lean ham slices, mustard, tomatoes and wrapped in lettuce (120 cals)

Hi!

Planning a good DD today

B: water and vitamins
maybe some iced non-caffeine tea

L: if I need a snack, some rice crackers and a bit of light cream cheese? not sure

D: I realized I bought fish at Costco the other week... so some mahi mahi fillets, and roasted "cabbage steak" ... just need to get out of the house to buy veggies...

Dessert: tangerine

in the neighborhood of 500.

Sirt-- see, I don't... niece says the friend doesn't do sushi though, so that solves that. Also, I now know what I want for dinner on UD Friday
