speaking of plans... they help for UDs too!

That said, I don't have one yet-- will have to go out and get some veggies, or maybe roast some...

Also not sure of the meat option...

Um--- I have a coupon for a free slice of 7-11 pizza? is that something?

Trying for a 10 hour window, but Keira has a softball game tonight which means dinner may be later.

Looks like it's just us, Soren.

Skpped tensies and just had lunch, so I've got plenty of calories left for an afternoon snack and a late dinner. Also, I had lunch at noon, so my eating window will definitely be within 10 hours!

It's raining now, so we'll have to see if Keira's game gets called or if she'll still get to play. She's loving it, but isn't very good.

There's a commercial up here, starts with a little kid playing hockey-- and he's in the dressing room after, and he's like-- did you see me? I'm not the *best* on the team, I'm like... 3rd best.

then there's footage of a kid falling all over the ice... I think it's for a gov't credit for kids doing sports or something... I'll try to find it...

I saw the tag, but can't access FB from work, so I'll be sure to watch the commercial tonight. I could access it on my phone, but then I'll forget to turn the volume back off. I'm so bad about that, usually when the CEO is here or something. Nothing worse than having a WWF alert when you're in the middle of a power meeting!

Cute commercial Soren! I love that some kids are able to enjoy sports even if they're not very good. I always hated playing because it was painfully obvious to me when I sucked!

Love the commercial!

Agree that plans do work for UD as well. I had a plan, but the day was insanity and I ended up being able to eat dessert tonight because the day didn't go as planned.

B: Raisin oatmeal
L: Yogurt and grapes
D: Lily's chicken from Bonefish Grill
Split Strawberry shortcake. It was heavenly!

Your day sounded ok Lisa glad you enjoyed!

I can't even talk about sports Carol... Im ok at some individual stuff (swimming, tennis, weights) and blow hard at team stuff. Ah well, takes all types right?
