I know you've said that you feel you get plenty of fiber, but I have been taking Fiber Choice plus calcium and D. It is a prebiotic. I know it really helps me.

How many a day do you take? Take every day? Night-time the best? I have never heard of this before, must look into it!

I take two chewable tablets most mornings. Pleasant way to take some calcium, too.

Yup...I always buy the sugar free ones!

I really want to get a hula hoop, but can't decide what size (weight) to get. Also, I need to wait til I can do it outside as there isn't enough room in the house...guess the garage would work!
