L: big salad(romaine, avocado, tomato, olives, red bell pepper, italian dressing); steamed asparagus; sardines in olive oil(drained, don't like the oil but my dog does )

I'm afraid my UDs still contain more carby foods that were forbidden on strict LC than they should.

B: coffee with HWC, graham crackers (290)
L: baked potato bar (probably chili, cheese, & sour cream, but only eat 1/2 the tater) (450)
D: chicken salad in a pita half with lettuce & whole roma tomato & extra mayo (330)
S: healthy choice frozen yogurt with some blueberries on top (130)

Looking for another 400 from somewhere. Easiest way to get it is butter, peanut butter, or whipping cream. UD problems, right?

Looks healthy to me! And yes, peanut or coconut butter is a guaranteed delicious way to get those extra calories in!

L: chicken salad with a little bit of Dreamfields pasta
D: crispy buffalo chicken sandwich with blue cheese, creamed spinach
Dessert: sugar free ice cream + protein brownie sundae, yum

I will put you all to shame with my choices for today. I started out well with a chicken thigh left over from last night for breakfast, then I had the munchies and ate a Zero candy bar which led to sneaking mini chocolates from a co-worker. So I skipped lunch, only to end up eating a pack of crackers later this afternoon.

Tonight I made hamburgers, cole slaw and baked fries. I also have had some white wine. I may have a little coconut ice cream later too.
