DD Tuesday

I have to be accountable so I'm starting us out today. Morning everyone!

L: Seedless grapes and yogurt (120c)
A little gym action
D: Corn and avocado salad.

I think part of the reason that I've been falling a part around dinner time is because I haven't been going in with a plan. I hate that! Unless I have plans there's no reason for me to give into the craving.

I'm doing water and tea today, with maybe a little broth. And planning a nice, warm detox bath. Epsom salts, I'm coming!!!!

Had a sugar-free energy drink (10 cals). Got nothing until I get home from work (8pm), so I'm planning on a cup-a-soup (50 cals) and maybe a small packet of popcorn (60 cals).

I'm switching to TDEE today, but am allowing for one low day and one high day per week. I may make today a low day, so under BMR, but I'll let my hunger be my guide. I have Greek yogurt, Quest bars, and chili scheduled whenever I want them. We may or may not have dinner out after Keira's softball practice, so I can't commit to any real plan just yet.

Dawn, what's TDEE?

I had a migraine, so I wound up with soup in the middle of the day b/c I was cold, hungry, and in pain.

I'm all better now

vitamins
L: advil, Tylenol/aspirin/caffeine... and then maxalt
S: 2c of soup - 140
D: whole wheat tortillas with PB2 and lite jam

maybe an apple

626 cal if I have the apple, 550 without.

I'm glad you're better now.

TDEE = Total Daily Energy Expenditure, basically maintenance calories based on age, gender, height, weight, and activity level. Mine is 1669 (in theory, but I'm testing that).

Oh gosh, there are so many more knowledgeable BUDDDs than I. I'm honored if anyone learns anything from me. Usually all I have to offer are new things to eat.

Lisa-- I agree, you really need a plan. I'm a little ocd so I have a lot of plans around a lot of things-- but as we say in my household, make a plan, follow the plan.

We've not been arrested yet! So that's always a good sign, right?
