B-coffee w/cream - approx. 200 cals

bagel thin with LC cc - 145

steel cut oats (1/4 c.) w/raspberries and coconut sugar - 200

L-? Probably nothing

D-some kind of meat, vegs (will be grocery shopping before then)

d-mango or blood orange gelato

L - grilled tilapia, brown rice, steamed brocolli, 1 glass red wine

D - either steak or leftover meatloaf, maybe potatoes, green beans, side salad, chardonnay

B: Sourdough French toast with strawberry jam and syrup (shared with Dad)
S: Ice cream
D: Going to grocery, so possibly some rotisserie chicken salad, lettuce, and tomato in a pita bread

At brunch, I couldn't believe how not sweet the French toast was. No sugar in the batter at all. It did not give me my sweet fix, thus, the ice cream later, which was awesome. And very filling.

WOE: Whatever plan keeps me around 150 lbs!
I had:

B: Scrambled egg, 2 sausage links, 2 pieces of buttered toast, 1/2 C cottage potatoes and coffee. THEN I had 1/2 of Keira's pancakes and syrup.

S: Beef jerkey

L: Beef taco, chile relleno, refried beans, and a few chips w/salsa

D: Light salami, an apple, girl scout cookies

Not the healthiest day, but I'm alright with it. I am up on the scale this morning, but I know part of that is sodium, part is muscle soreness as we did a bit of hiking at Yosemite.
