WOE: Whatever plan keeps me around 150 lbs!
UD Saturday ~ What's the plan?

B: Carl's Jr jalapeno turkey burger, no cheese, coffee, iced tea (425)
L: ??
D: The haunted hotel is supposed to have an awesome steakhouse/saloon, so dinner will be quite calorific. I'm thinking prime rib, horseradish, cornbread with honey butter, and a side or two.

Have a great Saturday all!

Well, Dawn, I want to join YOU!
YUM.
I don't have a menu yet but will post as it develops.
I am surprised that I am not hungry yet after a 115 calorie down day yesterday.
I am just enjoying it...............along w/ my strong black coffee.

Ooooh, your dinner sounds so yummy. I love cornbread. Should I have said, Boooooo? LOL

I had cooked potatoes in the house, so DH made homefries (hash browns? not sure the difference)...

B: 3 large eggs, fried. 1C or so of the cooked potato situation
3 slices thick cut bacon
1/2 c of juice mixed with water

omg full

L: large movie popcorn -- going to see the MUPPETS and maybe Divergent too?

D: pork back ribs

I can join in on this thread.
B: coffee + coconut oil + butter using my new hand-held frother to mix!
L: Sloppy joe mixture
D: 2 eggs fried in butter, 2 pieces of bacon
Might have more sloppy joe mix to get the calories up, not sure. I've basically been having UUADs for the last two weeks, so having a lower UD won't kill me.

Highish sort of MD today as Sunday is definitely an UD because we're scheduled to attend a friend's calçotades (as mentioned/described in weigh-in thread).

B: egg, black pudding, liver sausage, tomato & sauerkraut
L: mushroom soup with 1 Linda Sue tuna muffin, dried tomato, red peppers, capers and olives
D: leftover kid casserole (baby goat with lemon, anchovies) with selection of vegetables

Snacks: I might split 2 chocolates with DH later

I got all off track last week due to my son's bday party. I was baking cakes and a bunch of other stuff... Just one lick of the beater and I was over my calories!

So calling today an UD is kinda silly... I have been on UD's for a week!

Plan on getting back on track ( tomorrow?) someday soon.

Lunch was rotisserie chicken with Lou's horseradish mustard and a small apple.

I'll probably have a Quest bar this afternoon. I'm already over 100 grams of protein today without my dinner, which will probably be another 50 grams or so. Woohoo!

Tesha is bathed and Keira's second ball game is in about an hour, then we're off to the mountains.

Have a good weekend everyone!

We saw Divergent today (so good) and I had popcorn. I think it's so hard to estimate those calories! Dh wanted to go last night but I told I couldn't go on a DD.

I ended up picking all day...........to the tune of 2100 calories.
I am one who needs to PLAN my food. Even if I am not hungry in the morning.
Once I eat I seem to have a lot of difficulty stopping. I hate to think of tomorrows weigh in.
I have to keep it real so I posted even though I did not want to.
Big hugs.

I liked both, but really liked Divergent. I didn't read the books, so it was all new to me, and I like action movies, so this was right up my alley.

I wound up with a medium popcorn, with 1 squirt of (self applied) butter stuff. I also shared a bag of pretzel m&ms with DH (do they do the combos where you are? Save some $ that way).

I knew we were seeing 2 movies, so I ate 1/2, and then the other 1/2 in the second movie. Didn't think I'd be able to, but it wasn't hard at all.

re: calories, in the tracking app I use, they have AMC movie theatre as the listed popcorn, only the small and Large. I figure the regular is like 3/4 of a Large... so 484?
I do what I can, re: estimating. What else can you do?

I do go to movies on DDs too, and sometimes sneak in some cucumber slices, but usually not, and so I try to save movies

I try to plan too Pat (see my teeny tiny sig)

But I have to say, this is just IMO, I don't weigh after an UD. Just causes heartbreak
********************

Everything as planned ( ) in my day, but added 2 cannoli and split a slice of carrot cake with DH it's his favorite...
