My DD plan is to get in some extra naps! ha! I donated blood yesterday morning and was really tired in the afternoon. I ate a big late lunch and then slept for a couple of hours! DH woke me up at 5 this morning and I couldn't go back to sleep, so I got up, had coffee and did some house work. Therefore, I see naps in my afternoon future.
B - coffee with half and half (60)
L - ?? maybe HB egg (78) or turkey burger (120)
D - Whey protein powder (90 or 135)
Lots of water, tea, lemon water in between
I'll just try to go as long as possible without eating any solid food. That's been working well for me lately on DDs.
