Dottie: Good choice at the Roadhouse! Enjoy!

Me:

B - coffee, half and half for 60

L - So far just water. May have HB egg if necessary - 78

D - Whey protein isolate in water - 90

Total appx 213. I have some other protein ideas if I get really hungry. But so far, the hunger meter is low.

Thanks Yam-Yam! So far so good. I think taking a two hour nap after church helped curb the appetite.

Only a few hours left til bedtime... I think I can, I think I can...

Atta Girl!!! Chugging along! Toooooot! Tooooooot! WoooooooOOOOOoooo! (That's a train whistle!)

We are both on track.

So far the only calories I've had were 60 in my coffee this morning.

I'm drinking water with ACV in it right now and it's doing the trick to curb my appetite.

I went to the Dollar Store after church. Maybe that curbed my appetite. I still have to put all my loot away.

Right now I'm trying to focus on planning a closet re-do that I want to at least start on my next DD. DDs are for either cleaning and projects, relaxing (like today) or going to the gym. Sunday just feels like a relax day to me and DH. We read the Sunday paper, magazines, clip coupons, catch some golf on TV. Lazy days.

We were out and about (bought a new living room set!) and so we went to Chili's for lunch. So while I didn't have CHILI, I went to Chili's!

L: Lighter side sirloin with broccoli (250), diet Coke
D: 250g cabbage w/mango habanero chili paste

Coming in around 450 calories and 55 g protein.
