It's DD Wednesday! What's on your plate?

Good morning
Coffee, tea, water, maybe some miso if I feel hungry most of the day.

Supper is a small sirloin, salad w/light italian dressing

Shooting for about 400cals total

Still thinking about how to get some good protein in and keep the calories very low!

B - coffee w/ half/half for 80
L - maybe HB egg and/or pickle w/ slice of deli ham for 78/48
D - whey isolate protein powder in water for 90

My DD number is 400 but I would like to keep it under 300 today

WOE: JUDDD Maintenance. Ketogenic PHD.
Start Date: 11 Dec. 2011 Restart 1 Jan 2013
B: psyllium wraps with my raspberry freezer jam approx 100kcals
L: fish muffins with braised cabbage and cauliflower approx 200kcals
D: mushroom soup with some eggwhite droplets

Psyllium wraps were a recipe from Fluffy Chix blog (Breakfast Tacos and Psyllium wraps) so that's plenty of fibre alongside a decent amount of protein.

Tuna and mackerel muffins are as per Linda Sue's fish muffin recipe.

I'm slightly headachy so I might add in some MCT oil later (possibly put it in some cocoa for an additional 120kcals but I have enough flexibility with 4:3 and DD kcals in maintenance that I can do this, if necessary.

Sept 2014 A recent DXA scan reported very low muscle mass (sarcopenia) so I'm still thinking about how to cope with that. I have some joint surgery to schedule. I may miss questions that people ask me or personals. Apologies if I do, it's not intentional.

I have a big bottle of psyllium sitting at home, so I'm going to look into that. Sounds filling!

If you don't have the other ingredients for that recipe (oat fibre, coconut flour) then Ouizoid's Tortillas might suit you as they're just eggwhites and psyllium husks.

B/L: Supreme Carb Conscious protein bar - about 2/3 of a small bar: 130 cal

D: 2 Applegate farms uncured turkey hot dogs, with ketchup and mustard: 115 cal

only 245 for the day- that's low for me so I'm pretty happy.

Had to come back on and say I'm all in at 195 and pretty pleased with that.

I flat was not hungry today and on a DD that's a real blessing.

Besides the half and half in my coffee for 80 calories, I had 1.5 serving of protein powder mixed in cold water for 135 calories and 30 grams of protein.

8:30 now and I'm not tired, so I might take a bubble bath to relax and then hit the hay.

I had a fever mid-afternoon and only had Naproxen at work (from a coworker who advised taking it with food), so I had my Quest bar.

I ended up having a cup of FF Greek yogurt for dinner as well, so came in at 594 calories and 69 grams of protein. I aim for anywhere under 600, so I'm still calling it a win.
