UD Friday! What's on your plate?
DH and I went for a late breakfast, so that was pretty big: 2 eggs, scrambled; 2 slices bacon; country potatoes and a biscuit with gravy. Probably 800 calories lol. Was good though
Not sure about supper, probably low carb since I had the potatoes and biscuit for breakfast (I estimate 50g carbs from that)

L: Vietnamese spicy rubbed chicken with veggies and viet. vinaigrette (yum!)
D: bought some chicken wings at the store (pre-made) that quite frankly aren't worth the calories so i am tossing them and will have to figure out about 800 calories. wine will take care of some of that...
