UD Wednesday, what's on the menu?

At least I think it's an UD - been a pretty much "anything goes" week so far.
I'll call it an MD depending on lunch.

B: coffee; 2 corn tortillas, microwaved crispy and topped w/a lean ground beef, spinach and cream cheese mix
L: Unknown, probably a fast food salad w/grilled chicken or something
S: chili since it's cold here

I had sweet potato and beef heart stew for breakfast.
Lunch will be sashimi, rice, and seaweed.
Some kind of snack will occur, don't know what yet.
Dinner will be leftover lamb and Brussel sprouts.
And there may be a soda or adult beverage in my evening. I'm going out to a club to watch my cousin perform.

This morning was the first loss I've had on the scale for a long time, so this UD is freaking me out! I don't want to be up tomorrow! I know this WOE can often be a "two steps forward, one step back" kind of thing, but so far I've only been doing a "one step forward, one step back" type of thing. Haven't actually lost any weight in the last two months. So, I am sticking with my coffee and almond milk this morning (42cals) and I have a Questbar for snack or lunch (180cals). I have a fresh bun coming from a bakery at lunchtime, so I think I will stick to that. I don't know what for dinner yet...

WTG Laura. Don't be afraid to eat today!

I think I have a plan.

B: Coffee, sumo orange, Quest bar
S: Banana
L: Banh Mi with Sriracha
D: Pork stew with celery, onions, carrots, potatoes, and white wine (DH was prepping this as I left this morning and it smelled GREAT!)
Drinks: yup!
Dessert: Girl Scout cookies!

I have a few calories to play with. I'm trying to incorporate more fresh produce. My Banh Mi has lots of great daikon, carrots, cilantro, and jalapenos, so I think I'm hitting all my servings today.

B: DH likes to go out for breakfast. I haven't gone with him for about a month, so I may do that. If I do, I'll probably have a waffle, scrambled eggs, 2 sausage links, and coffee with half and half. Otherwise, I'll have an egg nog drink (1/4 cup cream, 1 egg beaters, splenda, vanilla). High fat, but 288 calories and satisfying.

L: If I don't go out to breakfast, I'll have yogurt, a banana and oats. If I do go out, I'll have just the banana.

D: pork chop, potato, carrots cooked in tomato soup.

Had a rather disappointing Halloumi and Chorizo salad for lunch. But I ate it, lol.

Made a chilli with rice for dinner, added some tortilla chips and red wine. And a square of 90% dark chocolate.
