How much coffee do you drink?

As I sit her guzzling down my second "cup"....lets face it it's a huge mug (20 oz!), I was wondering how much you guys drink per day. Does it help you on DDs, I find it a great way to delay eating solid food.

I probably drink 20-30floz on 3 days and 10-15floz on others. That said, I drink copious quantities of teas in one form or another.

Ummm, errrr, I drink most of a full pot of coffee each morning. On a uber cold, winter day, I may make another pot in the afternoon and drink a cup or two...

...other days, I may get a skinny latte if I'm out running errands.

ALWAYS a pot in the morning, though. (I am not a morning person!)

I drink a lot of coffee.
1/2 caff. I made that adjustment when I started Atkin's way back when. Folgers has these neat little tea bag looking thingys you can buy now and so when I need a bit more than my 10 cup pot makes I use those. I use a large mug and put in one regular bag and one decaf. I think these little gems make coffee that tastes just as good as coffee from a Kuerig. They definitely do not taste like 'instant coffee'. They brew grounds in the microwave.
I wish I liked tea, but I just can't get it down or stand the smell of it.

I drink two mugs, sort of medium to large size mug, every morning.

Definitely it helps me on DDs and on UDs too. After my coffee on DDs I've been pouring a big glass of ice water and adding organic ACV. I go a long time before getting hungry.

I'm not really hungry at all in the morning on UDs, so it's a nice soothing way to ease into the day and not go crazy for food just cos it's an UD and I can!

So. much. coffee. Usually about 3 mugs a day, plus a mug of decaf at night often. It really helps when fasting, but I drink it fasting or not. I coffee!

2 cups every morning and sometimes one cup in the afternoon if I need a pick-me-up. I chug water all day long, and switch to cocktails at night on UDs.

3-4 20oz mugs everyday, and I don't eat until after 2pm everyday. I have 4 tbs of HWC and 2tbs of MCT oil in it, total not in each mug, and it really helps to stave off any hunger until 2pm.

Lots, and more during winter of course. I love it with HWC and AS, but have started drinking it black on DDs. I like it both ways.

I would say I have 2 or 3 14oz mugs each morning/early afternoon. Then I switch to iced tea for afternoon and evening. An occasional diet Dr. Pepper. Caffeine and I are best friends.

You guys are going to laugh at this but it shows I'm a product of 3 cultures!

2 mugs (10-12 oz) of Black coffee 1st thing in the morning
1 mug of English tea in the after noon with 2 tablespoon of whole milk
1 mug of Indian tea at night boiled with 1/3 cup of non-fat milk and a Cardaom -don't like tea without it

Use English tea bags for English tea and Indian loose tea for Indian tea. Makes sense, no? Of course, water and more water through out the day.

I fill my travel mug with coffee & French vanilla creamer before I leave the house every work day. I fill it again around 3pm with coffee, powdered creamer (shudder) and Splenda. Then I drink at least one cup of coffee with creamer at home between dinner and bedtime.

Weekends... Usually much more!

Lotsa coffee lovers!!

I love my coffee, but am trying to start in with tea too to replace my diet soda addiction as I wean off it (for the 20th time!). Funny I HATED coffee up until about a year ago, then on a whim made a cup of instant, put in about 3 sweet n lows and half a cup of 1/2 & 1/2 and really liked it. I have since weaned off instant, so much sweet n low and 1/2 & 1/2, the coffee is brown now - not off white!

I a variety of teas (I think brewing to taste in completely different ways makes a lot of sense).

I find it is best if I drink a cup of water for every cup of caffeine I drink.

Americanos (espresso and hot water) 3-4 times/ day (used to do cappuccinos made by my lovely man until I learned I was ingesting roughly four million calories in cream this way)
Regular but very strong coffee 1-2 times/day

I dont drink coffee, but after reading this post, I am about to start. I feel like it might help with my fasting experiences.

IDK... I keep reading that coffee can make low carb a struggle or it might keep the weight on?

2 cups every morning--one when I get up, and one on the way to work. Then one-two cups after work as a "snack" most days. On the weekends I might have 3 cups in the morning and don't usually have more in the evenings, unless it's a DD. UD's I would probably be drinking a cocktail.

1 small/medium mug as soon as I get up w/ SF creamer.

I fill my travel mug before I leave for work, but often I only get a sip or 2, before I have to spill it out.

Depending how drained my brain is I may make a 6-8oz cup with a K-pod at work. Half of this usually gets spilled out too.

I rarely drink coffee in the evening, but occasionally I'll have a small mug if I have an evening engagement and I'm dragging.

I drink more on UD than DD since I hate to waste my precious calories on SF creamer, but can't drink it black.

I don't drink as much coffee as I use to since my kuerig broke I am now drinking jasmine green tea which I am totally addicted to right now...I drink like 3 cups a day.

I don't drink coffee. But, the scent is divine - one of my favorites!

I always start the day with a diet caffeinated soda, usually Dr. Pepper. Sometimes, I like hot tea, no sugar. I like green tea, as well and there are a few others I use for specific ailments. I drink water throughout the day to stay hydrated.

Having grown up in the South, I started most days with my Mom's cold, sugary, (Lipton) iced tea with lemon. I suppose that's how I got into the habit of having a cold, sweet, caffeinated beverage in the morning, come to think of it.
