168.5, so up a few ounces today. But, that's after an UD, MD, and today's another UD and that's okay...the scale, she bounces.

Yesterday was doing okay for a DD but had dinner with the elders, and had a couple things at Sizzler not on my plan.

Le sigh. To top off my UUAD yesterday, I have TWO meals out today (DD). I have a plan, though, unlike yesterday, and I may be able to pull it off. Plans are important, y'all! If today turns out to be more of a medium day, I can also do a DD easily tomorrow, as I will be on the road by myself for a good part of the day.

I'm about to go on vacation for a week and won't have access to a scale. I will, however, be able to check in with you-all and will do so. I plan to track carbs/calories, but I don't know if I'll be able to UD/DD. I'll be with a couple of friends and neither likes to adhere to any sort of schedule with regards to food (translation: eating large dinners very late in the evenings). One is a recreational eater, so I expect plenty of temptations in the form of appetizers and road snacks. Fortunately, neither likes sweets very much!

Yes I only did the fat fast for three days and then went back to low carb/JUDDD. The fat fast was really effective and I got into the deepest ketosis I have ever been in. My liver is really good at holding on to its glycogen so I have decided I will be doing a three day fat fast once a month to stay in ketosis.

Goals for March include maintaining between 120-125lbs (this may be adapted when I have more data about my body composition).

I weigh after DDs.

March 1: 118.2lbs (new low)
March 4: 118.0lbs (new low)
DNW
March 8: 116.6lbs (new low)

I'm below the range but as I've been upset about the scan, this is not too surprising. Plus, the lower part of the range is more of a guideline whereas the top is non-negotiable and I weigh after DDs which probably makes the range for those more like 117-123lbs.

I'll be fine but I'm still getting my head straight.

My regularly planned weekend UD's and TOM coming mean I probably won't see that number again for a while but I'm very pleased 4:3 seems to be working for me. Two months on a 1300 calorie a day diet and I lost three pounds. Two weeks on modified JUDDD and I lost twice that.

I am spending the morning today at a famous Animal Rescue Center while my son does volunteer training for high school credit. I'd like to volunteer as well, but instead I must in my car doing my Spanish and Bible classes' homework for three hours, because I am a week behind in all five classes. I need to be held captive to force me to slow down enough to get the homework done. If I get a lot of schoolwork done before my son gets back to the car I might go for a walk. The animal center is in a beautiful part of town. My favorite place on earth, actually, and where I would love to live. I could meander about and gawk at the opulent homes.

My regularly planned weekend UD's and TOM coming mean I probably won't see that number again for a while but I'm very pleased 4:3 seems to be working for me. Two months on a 1300 calorie a day diet and I lost three pounds. Two weeks on modified JUDDD and I lost twice that.

This has happened frequently for me. I'd be up 2-3# after and UD and then drop those again after a DD. Just part of the Juddd fun, I guess. You're doing awesome!

Pat, to multiquote, for each post you want to quote, you click on the little "+ button on the bottom right of the post, then move on to the next one. Click on the "+ for each post you want to quote. when you're on the last post you want to quote, you click on the "quote" button, and it should all pop up in the message box for you to write in. Does that make sense?
