Hey y'all, since I'm really trying to keep to the plan, I think I should join y'all on this thread as well. I know I wouldn't be where I am if it were for this forum and all the JB's.

I saw 167 on the scale this morning...hope it's a harbinger of things to come, not just an anomaly. I really want to see 150-something on the metal monster.

My goal for March: I will stick to my rotations, won't overdo it on UDs and I will see the numbers go down.

03/01 - post UD (1840 cal): 153,8 lb
03/02 - post DD ( 420 cal): 153,1 lb
03/03 - post UD (2050 cal): 154,1 lb
03/04 - post DD ( 480 cal): 153,1 lb
03/05 - post UD (1870 cal): 153,2 lb ( such a small gain after an UD? That's new! )

Thanks Frosty! I'm now embouldered to celebrate the fact that, despite my recent reacquisition, I still weigh only 9 stones and a few pebbles.
I started JUDDDing at 11 stones plus some pebbles, so that's still a victory.

Now to get back to 8 stones and a handful of pebbles - Kissa save me a place please!



March goal to get back to 126 and stay under 130, despite a vacation!

Goal for March: to get under 13 stone and stay there! I've dipped under a couple of times in the last 6 months, but never sustained it for more than a few days, so I really want to keep moving downwards this time. If I could make it down to 12st9 or lower, that would be amazing.

Started JUDDDing on 20 February at 13st6

1/3 (UD) - 13st1 (new low)
2/3 (DD) - 13st1 and 3/4
3/3 (UD) - 13st1 and 1/4
4/3 (DD) - 13st0 and 3/4 (new low, and after a slightly naughty UD, as well... weird!)
5/3 (UD) - 13st0 (new low and nearly in the 12s... yay!)
6/3 (DD) - 13st1 (I suppose I was due a bounce, but to use Frosty's new unit system it's only a bit of gravel...)

That number is way too big. I'm trying to go as small as possible. I thought about weighing in tons but there were too many decimal places.
