3/03 - 148.2 - UD - 2104 - 91g protein - tom!! 4th UD in a row, but changing my rotations since Keira starts softball today and dinner will be late.

I weigh every second or third day, sometimes every day, depending on my diet from day to day. I only weigh after days I have eaten less, hehehe.

Just got back from a weekend retreat where I ate on plan, walked miles and miles, and soaked in hot springs, but gained weight anyway. But I ate on plan the past two days and yesterday was a Down Day, so I weighed in this morning.

2/28: 145.8
3/3:147 -
3/5: 146.0 (almost back to pre-retreat weight)

I love looking at the graph of my calories on the fitness app that shall not be named. I can see a whole 30 days now, and with only one exception, they are perfectly staggered. Now, some of the UDs go up to 3K but there's always a DD following.

Hi Nikki, I remember you posting that you were going on a retreat, lucky you, hope you got on alright with the food as I think you were a bit worried about it....walking miles and soaking in hot springs sounds beautiful, I am glad you had a good time, I bet it was good for the soul as well, anyway nice to see you again, you did great through February if I remember rightly.

If you've been low carbing or strict dieting before starting JUDDD and then eater more free on an UD, you can get a jump in weight due to glycogen replenishing at first. It will even out.

You're welcome. I think they should expand the stone measurement out further: 1 boulder = 10 stones, 1 rock = 1/2 stone and one pebble = 1/14 stone.

I weighed 1 boulder, 4 stone, 1 rock, .6 pebble this morning!
