That's how I like to think of it too But the big picture is what really matters.

Haven't been a good BUDDD supporting everyone but I have read all these wonderful losses and been so happy for you all.

I still can't over weighing the same after an UD. That gives me some hope. My DD today hasn't been bad. I'm tired though.
I went for a walk since it's so nice out but sad I couldn't make it very far. My legs are just too bad. So frustrating that the insurance won't pay for what may help me.
There was a little 10 yo girl shot and killed down the street from us last night. So very sad. This town is getting bad with people shooting each other. I'm ready to move to the country. Seriously considering it.

Delighted to report that I (only just barely) achieved my March goal of losing 8 pounds.

My goal for April is going to be to lose 6-7 pounds. As I get closer to goal, I think it is reasonable to lower my weight loss expectations in accordance with my fat/weight ratio. I can't expect to lose 2-3 pounds a week right up to maintenance, and then suddenly stop losing. It doesn't work like that, does it? I wish it did. lol

I will join everyone in the April Weigh-in thread.
