3/01 - 149.0 - day 11 of tom! That jerk can take a hike any day now!

Last night was date night and I splurged on a very heavy meal, then we went out and I had entirely too many cocktails. This morning's weigh-in reflects that.

Hello old JB's! I haven't been here in a very long time, and I'm a little ashamed to say I gave up rotations for the last six months and gained back all the weight I had lost, right back up to 201. I started seeing a nutritionist, but in two months on her plan I lost (and then re-gained) the same four pounds. I remember how wonderful and effortless JUDDD was the first time I did it and I'm hoping for the same results again. I've been reading the boards again this past week to get myself motivated, and I'm so happy to see so many people are still here doing so well!

Had my first DD yesterday and was thrilled to see a number I haven't seen in a while. JUDDD magic

A pound or so bounce between up and down days is pretty normal. Itís not that you put a pound on, but some of the food you ate is still inside you. The bounce isnít important, itís the overall downward trend that matters. You should be able to see that soon! (Iím in the UK too. There are quite a few of us now!)

Goal for March: to get under 13 stone and stay there! I've dipped under a couple of times in the last 6 months, but never sustained it for more than a few days, so I really want to keep moving downwards this time. If I could make it down to 12st9 or lower, that would be amazing.

Never dropped weight after an UD before. Wonder if my scale is broken. Today's planned UD should change that number regardless.

The scale is NEVER EVER EVER broken when it gives you a loss. It's always your hard work!!! The scale is evil too many times to not credit yourself after an up day loss. Those are the best kinds, IMO!
