Melinda, I didn't change the numbers, just trying to follow it more closely. With all that walking, I had been going high (felt hungry/nibley at night) and also, probably, thinking I needed to feed the body for muscle build up. I was wondering why I couldn't do proper DD days, so took a break from the long walks to see if this was making me eat more! That was part of the problem. I should really apply JUDDD to exercise too!

Goal for March: to get under 13 stone and stay there! I've dipped under a couple of times in the last 6 months, but never sustained it for more than a few days, so I really want to keep moving downwards this time. If I could make it down to 12st9 or lower, that would be amazing.

Started JUDDDing on 20 February at 13st6

1/3 (UD) - 13st1 (new low)
2/3 (DD) - 13st1 and 3/4
3/3 (UD) - 13st1 and 1/4
4/3 (DD) - 13st0 and 3/4 (new low, and after a slightly naughty UD, as well... weird!)
5/3 (UD) - 13st0 (new low and nearly in the 12s... yay!)
6/3 (DD) - 13st1 (I suppose I was due a bounce, but to use Frosty's new unit system it's only a bit of gravel...)
7/3 (UD) - 13st0 and 1/2 (now it's just taunting me...)
8/3 (DD) - 13st0 and 3/4

Rest Days:2000, may throw in the occasional 1000 calorie fat fast
Still eating low carb for the most part.

2/28 - 199, 1519, rest day
3/1 - 196.8, 3015 planned, 75 minutes of weight lifting
3/2 - 202.8 (IHOP Pancakes! the day before), 5.3 mile walk
3/3 - 3/5 ignored the scales and ate to plan, snow shoveling and one trip to the gym
3/6 - 199.2, 2169, rest day
3/7 - 197.6, 3070, 55 minutes of weight lifting
3/8 - 197, 2799, 80 minutes of weight lifting and a 5.54 mile walk
3/9 - 196.8, 2000 planned, rest day

Starting a steak and egg only thing for the next 30 days, 6 days of just steak/eggs/butter and then 1 day high carb. Not sure why it just seemed like fun. It will definitely get me all my protein! Started yesterday and only had 1 meal for the day which was way too much for 1 meal, 1.4lbs of ribeye and 7 eggs. I will still be having my BPC too, and then split the rest across 2 meals.

March 7 - 164 - DD ( I'm going to ease back into EOD - fingers crossed)
March 8 - 162 - UD (I did well yesterday - distractions are a GOOD thing!)
March 9 - 163 - DD (Had grandkids over yesterday - made some good choices, but no idea how many calories)

New goal - 155 - expect it will take at least 2 months, but I'm ready!

I started applauding individuals but there are so many of you I lost track!
Lovely to see your numbers creeping/bouncing down.

Those who aren't seeing any success at the moment, just keep doing what you're doing - it's our turn next!

So I bought a new scale because I wanted one that read in .2 increments. I've tested it with dumbbells and it seems accurate. But it reads slightly lower than the old WW scale I'd been using. I guess I'll just make a note for myself so I know why the numbers are slightly different going forward.

Don't be mad! You only went up 1# after an UUAD? That's crazy GOOD! I go up 2-3# regularly after a normal UD!

See, the scale is evil and it LIES! Your new one is friendlier already, yay! Don't trust it completely, though...only when it reads lower!

Discussed with my traveling companion and I feel like I have given myself some room to IF and have whatever kind of dinner I want. Yesterday, I had coffee and diet coke during the day and a lovely grilled salmon dinner at a wonderful restaurant. I was so comfortable with this, I'm crossing my fingers for more of these days.

Jumping in - home from my February trip to AZ to escape the cold Northeast.

March 7 - 164 - DD ( I'm going to ease back into EOD - fingers crossed)
March 8 - 162 - UD (I did well yesterday - distractions are a GOOD thing!)
March 9 - 163 - DD (Had grandkids over yesterday - made some good choices, but no idea how many calories)
March 10 - 161 - UD (Under 400 calories yesterday and bouncing in the right direction - all is well!)

New goal - 155 - expect it will take at least 2 months, but I'm ready!
