B: FF Greek yogurt with EZ-Sweetz, 2 cups of Jet Fuel coffee (124)
S: Dark chocolate bar filled with Speculoos cookie spread - my coworker brought it for me yesterday, a DD, so I had to budget for it today. (260)
L: Banh Mi with Sriracha (320)
D: ??

Nothing until after my ballet classes this afternoon. Or maybe a protein bar between the two. I'm trying IF on today's UD and working out in a fasted state.

So, mid workout bar (200)
post workout smoothie (330)

Then, 1,220 calories for dinner... hmm.
Maybe a buttery cabbage chicken stir-fry (400)
With bacon and swiss chard. (400)

I'm sure I'll find something else for those last 420 cals...

B: skinny muffin (it's a flax muffin recipe) with cream cheese & coffee (350)
L: flat out tortilla with veggies made like a quesadilla (350)
D: don't know, but right now I am seriously craving mac n cheese, so maybe I'll use my leftover calories for that

I have the same taste palate as a toddler or a college boy, haha ;)

I had a Tootsie Roll (35 calories).

DH texted me that he's making rib eyes and roasted Brussels sprouts for dinner. Rum and Cascade Ice after. I still have room for dessert if I want some. I got DH cheesecake for his birthday which I don't normally like, so there are leftovers. If it sounds good, I'll have some. :dunno:

Dinner was mac n cheese. Healthy, I know haha. As always, delcious while eating it, feel pretty yuck afterwards. Ahh, I may never learn. Hello, carb coma!

Got invited to sushi with my BF and his boss so had to forgo my carefully laid out dinner plans. Ah well. I had 2 quest bars (mid and post workout), two glasses of red wine, and a modest amount of sushi. Another quest bar for dessert. Think I'll be under 1750 cals but maybe not. Oh and a couple pieces of tempura.. Yah I'm probably right at cals. Yay!
