My DD yesterday turned into an MD, so happy DD Monday to you all!

Lunch with a friend today: Grilled chicken salad w/ no dressing (250 est)
Dinner: maybe a protein shake (100)

I am here, too. Just coffee so far. Gotta take DS to an EKG appt in a bit, then prob pick DH up for lunch. I don't plan on eating, unless there's a good salad. Tonight is DD's art show, but I will make dinner for the fam before we go. Hope to just fast- we'll see!!!

My DD's are becoming repetitive!

One meal (but possibly split between lunch and dinner): bag of angel hair cabbage, 4oz shredded chicken, 2 laughing cow cheese wedges, mushrooms & 10 medium black olives (372 cal)

Black coffee and green tea otherwise.

Had a great up day yesterday and was down 3 pounds this morning! Supercharged for today's down day. I found the cutest little yogurts yesterday. They're called danoninos and they only have 60 calories. Perfect for my kids lunch boxes and my down days!!

Had a yogurt for breakfast with two hb eggs 200 cals
Lunch will either be a cafe express chicken ceasar salad or a chicken fried rice lean cuisine 230-250 cals.

Ill probably have either some broth with veggies for dinner or a hard cider. The cider will put me a little over today but we'll see how it goes.

B: 2 cups Jet Fuel (4) and a Quest double chocolate chunk bar (160)
L: Small Wendy's chili with onions and Dave's scorpion pepper sauce (184)
D: ?? Veggies and a protein, or yogurt, or another Quest bar

Lots of water--I slacked off this weekend and need to flush all these toxins out of my body!

Today so far - split a Quest cookies and cream bar between breakfast and lunch (160 - and glad I tried these, they are tasty). tonight's plan is ~50 cal of mashed cauliflower with some sort of protein, probably some Trader Joe's teriyaki chicken (150 cal for 1 cup although I plan to go easy on the sauce). under 400 for the day.

Coming to the end of my DD over here in the UK. I had a late lunch of a tin of chunky Beef Broth soup, with beef, veg and barley (184 cals) then stuck with the green tea and Pepsi Max until about 6.30pm.

I just whipped up a shredded cabbage and chicken medley with melted extra light soft cheese (onion and chives) - thanks for the tip on that meal combination, it was very tasty and only 231 cals for a decent plateful.

I still have enough calories to have a snack bar (92 cals) later on as a snack. Result!

Thanks! Lunch went well. Ended up getting the grilled shrimp tacos and only ate the shrimp with some salsa, lettuce, and tomatoes.

There were probably 8 shrimp total small/medium. I'm thinking that's only 100cals, but they may have been pan-fried in oil so I'm counting the whole thing as 250.

Total= 81+50= 131 (80 calorie yogurt on standby)

I ended up having another Quest bar mid-afternoon (coconut cashew for 170 calories), then 200g of steamed curried cabbage for dinner.

Total 575 calories.
