DD Sunday - going for gold!

I had hoped to watch the hockey game on recording without knowing what happened, but the tv turned on to the game's channel just as the medals were being presented

Anyway, watching it all with dh now.

Trying food during the day, and a bigger but light dinner. Here's my plan:

B: 1 hb egg
L: 1 hb egg
D: 1 can of light minestrone soup, 1 big salad with veggies and 2T light feta
1 apple
491 cal
48 g net

Good morning!
I'm excited about the Daytona 500 today.

My last DD was so good I am repeating it.

Coffee
160 calories Progresso Light Soup
70 calories Toasted 35 cal per slice bread ( I may need 1 or 2 slices more)
I have had struggles with (TMI) since beginning JUDDD and the toast settles my stomach.

WOE: Hunger Directed Eating 4/22/14
Start Date: JUDDD: start 2/14-4/14 NK: 3/13-6/13, 11/13- 1/14
Tom hit today very early. Switched to a new bcp this month so must be adjusting. Woke up this morning and had a LC wrap and some dark chocolate (100)
Will prob have a chocolate banana protein shake tonight. (300)

Sounds like all good DD plans!!! I have been having HORRIBLE insomnia lately. I honestly think the NyQuil gel caps I got have the OPPOSITE effect on me! LOL! Anyway slept in...later we're having a line run through at the theatre (9pm) because tomorrow is our first preview! I think with sleeping in today and rehearsing late tonight I should have a good DD.

So far...

B-iced coffee with stevia in the raw and 1 tbsp mint creamer = 35 calories
L - Megas (1 whole egg 3 4tbsp egg whites, 2 tortillas, 2 tbsp cheese, onions, jalepenos all scrambled in CO spray) 1/4 cup ff refried beans, 1 sm red potato = 472

This gives me my 500 cal DD goal but IF I feel I need it at rehearsal I'll have my ostrim ostrich/beef stick (60 cals)

Jut had beef jerky (160)

So 140- 240 cals left. Maybe still a shake. We'll see.

Been a really hungry DD today...
Coffee this morning
Protein shake around lunchtime
Tried a new recipe for dinner - crockpot jerk chicken. Made some rice for the rest of the family, added some stir fry veggies to my plate, and it turned out really good!
Will have another cup of coffee before bed.
A little high on calories for a DD at 768... But at least I didn't turn it into a binge! (YET)

I miss being 'the mom' so much and I miss feeding my family everyday. I do want to say, though, how much I admire my JBs who live our WOE while caring for a family. I am alone and struggle, I can't imagine preparing a lovely meal for the rest of the family and then sticking to DD calories. You guys are all awesome!

I did really well on my DD yesterday, yet the scale didn't move at all today. That has never happened in my year+ of JUDDDing. Plus, it was 3 lbs up from the UD before.

I'm up .2 Cindy it happens. I think some of our JBs actually show loss after UDs rather than DDs... Chalk it up to a bounce and keep going.

Don't know about you, but I know on my UD on Saturday, I was at a friend's house (she can't cook) for "dinner" and she made a bunch of finger foods-- read: puff pastry stuff, pierogies, thin crust pizza, cheeses, dips.
A ton of calories and carbs AND fat

I figure it will work its way out this week and I hope and EXPECT to see a new number! You can do it too!
