DD Saturday

It's daddy-daughter dance night at our house! Hoping to do another super low DD, but last year Jenna convinced me to go to Big Boy with her and hubster after the dance...for DESSERT. Ack. It was an UD last year, so of course I had hot fudge cake (my FAV!). I am hoping she will want her daddy/daughter date to continue without momma this time. Shhhh!!! (much as I love going with them!)

What's everyone's plan for the day? THE SUN IS OUT here! I'm so sick of winter.

Sounds like they are going to have lots of fun. Yes very nice outside here too. Almost didn't even need a jacket. I haven't posted in about 10 days and it shows on my scales. Bluh! Anyways, here's my DD:

B: coffee w/hwc and coconut oil = 100
L:X
D: Grilled chicken and green beans = 270 ish

Have a great day everyone!

Second DD for me (two pounds lost so far, even though yesterday was an UD - woot!) and I've found it easier not being at work, I must admit.

B: (at 12.45 as I try to keep up the overnight fast as long as possible and then save my calories for later) half a Nakd Banana Bread bar (46 cals)
L: (just had this at 15.15) 6 melba toasts with 1/4 pot spicy lentil and chickpea dip (158 cals)
D: lemon and parsley salmon fillet with broccoli and spinach (300 cals)
Snack if I really need it later on: the other half of the Nakd bar (46 cals)

It helps to know exactly what I can have for the rest of the day, and then I can always daydream about the treats I can eat tomorrow! To channel Annie, 'it's only a day away!'

It's that time of the month for me. I always seem to lose any shred of willpower I possess during this week, so I'm having a DD today because yesterday (my scheduled DD) went downhill.

Today I've had 1 cup of cottage cheese (210c because we use they fatty stuff around here)
And half an apple (65c).

So far, I'm full and satisfied. My goal during my horrid menses week is any DD under 500 calories. Wish me luck!

It's been a beautiful day here! First one in months, it was so very needed for the soul.

Lunch: Wendy's chili
Evening snack: green bell pepper sliced up and dipped in calorie free ranch

Came out at ~400
