My goal is another 200 cal DD. Hold off eating until just before bedtime. Maybe two eggs + egg whites scrambled. Oh it's Friday. I may be going out with the bf. If so, then my dd may be a couple low cal cocktails and a snack when I get home

Good Morning!!

Black 1/2 caf coffee

35 cal per slice toasted (up to 3 or 4 slices spread out through the day)
Bouillon

I'd like to leave it at the above but if I have trouble I will have some Progresso Lite Soup 160 calories for the whole can.

Tried spacing meals out

I seem to do better keeping DD to one meal. I have been messing up my DD so I am going back to one 500 calorie meal for my DD

WOE: Lost 35 on WW/-6 on JUDDD...so far
Start Date: 1/18/2014-JUDDD
B-Coffee with a little CO and mint creamer and stevia, 2 egg white breakfast tacos
L-Ostrim Ostrich/beef jerky stick 60 cals
D-Baked potato with broccoli and laughing cow

That actually takes me over my DD cals by 60 so I could omit the jerky if I need to. We'll see how the CO coffee holds my appetite. Just checking a few threads and then off to clean my apartment from top to bottom! That should burn a few calories and keep me busy!
HAPPY FRIDAY JUDDD BUDDDS!!!

pre-dinner post. I snacked, but estimated and logged it.

Here's the plan:

b: x
some water, not enough

L: got hungry (duh) and snacked on some leftover cabbage stirfry and haddock (sounds weird, tastes ok). THis is the DD dinner that DH was "too full" to eat the other day
I had maybe 1/2 of the leftovers, which was about 1/2 of his serving...
25cal in cabbage
50 cal in fish
I figured it was like having an egg basically...

D: so the pulled pork was a hit yesterday, I figured, try it again with chicken on a DD

1 whole wheat tortilla - 100
7oz of chicken thighs - 280
2T light bbq sauce - 20
my own super low cal coleslaw - 83 for 1/2 the bag plus the dressing I made (might skip the mayo next time, and it would be 63)

Total for the day-
549 cal
33g carb

Update:

I didn't eat lunch or have any calories beyond coffee in the AM until tonight. I have had two bowls of very low cal potato soup and completely satisfied. I think I am at about 350 total. I might have a popsicle later, or not.

Closing out the day at 454. Very happy with that.

BB, a DD after a MD would be pretty tough IMO, and not normally recommended. The beauty of a DD after a good UD is you're fully fed and nourished. Onward!

Carol, yeah I just made it an UD since I had two MD's in a row after a DD, so it's not like I'm piling up UD's yk? I knew it would be damn near impossible today with our cue to cue/tech rehearsal. Slept in and didn't have time for breakfast so I picked up a WW everything bagel with a low fat scallion schmear and a LARGEEEEE coffee! Then at our first meal break I went with the cast to Mamoun's Falafel house and had a lamb gyro with salad, someone brought twizzlers to the rehearsal...(I wonder who that was) I had a few of those, then later had some honey mustard pretzels with a diet coke for our last break. Yeah it's an UD for sure. I'm having some torched cherry rum and coke zero right now and relaxing...I hope I don't sound like a broken record but this WOE works because I can flex it up to work for ME...AND most importantly, I FEEL NO GUILT!!! Oh damn did I let Atkins eff me up emotionally...eat a crouton and you would've thought I clubbed a baby seal, I felt so much self hatred and guilt. I.F. has given me more control and I love it...and I LOVE MY JUDDD BUDDDS!!!!
