I'm going to do potatoes today, I think.
I picked up a bag of reds and a bag of the little dutch golden ones.
May eat some cold and some in broth.
(In other words, I don't really have a plan lol)

I'm also going to continue to *strive* for lower-carb, on both ud and dd.

L: 2 hb eggs with some Dijon

D: plan for a BIG salad (4c lettuce), with roasted red pepper (jarred), some fresh veggies, and 1/4c of "mixed veggies" (the frozen kind-- corn, peas, carrots etc).
1oz light feta crumbles
some 0 cal dressing
2hb eggs in it too

S: I need something at night, so I'm planning on 1 can of v8 -- 70 cal. More protein than you'd think too.

mine is nailed down:

D: 1 egg+ eggwhites + 85g swiss chard in 1/2T butter, 3 pieces TJ canadian ham (270)

late night snack: 1/4C frozen berries, 2.5g cocoa powder, stevia, mixed in 115g 2% fage yogurt. (115)

total: 385

if i must have more: 100g persian cucumbers with 2T TJ chipotle hummus (70)

I've done good so far today!

My UD yesterday was over the moon. Think Pizza Hut and snacks at a movie after. So I need this DD bad!!

It's just been plain water today!
But at dinner I'm planning either broth (15 cals)or perhaps some steamed green beans (100 cals)

Switched breakfast and dinner, BUT I already ate my dinner and it's only 2:30. I do see a salad in my future!

A few changes... Had a snack, took an egg out of the dinner salad. Also forgot the frozen veggies, so I can have more yogurt (200g for 70cal).

Spot on at 458! Sigh of relief. Tummy is grumbling a bit, but I'm going to bed soon. I too changed my menu today. Dinner was a deli "sandwich" with a halved cucumber instead of a sub roll. Yum!
