Down Day Tuesday
Something new for my DD's, have been trying to eat every three hours to keep my blood sugar steady. So trying 100 calories every three hours for five meals which will be 500 calories for the day :jumpjoy:
Breakfast: 2 cups trop 50 orange juice - 100 calories
Snack: 45 calorie bread with under 2oz roast beef lunch meat and mustard - 100 calories
Lunch: 45 calorie bread with laughing cow cheese 35 calories and under 1oz turkey lunch meat under 30 calories - 100 calories
Snack: fun size snickers - 65 calories
Dinner: 45 calories bread 2oz roast beef 60 calories laughing cow cheese 35 calories - 140 calories
total will be 505 calories :)
Had one big lunch of the cabbage/chicken/laughing cow combo. Delicious!
B: coffee with truvia
L: bag of angel hair cabbage, 7oz shredded chicken, 2 wedges of garden vegetable laughing cow cheese with a splash of sriracha
Snack: a few prunes... ya know, to keep things moving ;)
Came out right around 400 for the day

5oz lettuce= 20
2oz celery= 8
1oz pickle= 4
1oz tuna= 25
.5oz turkey pepperoni= 35
Total= 87+ 50= 137 (80 calorie yogurt on standby)

Today was the first REALLY HARD DD. So hungry all day, headache and actual stomach pain. Not fun. Tomorrow is a busy day, so I am packing and planning my foods tonight, although if I don't get out of my kitchen soon I may snap!
Can't seem to get back on rotations. Todays DD turned into an UD.
Just had one meal for my DD.
2 hb eggs
2 slices low calorie ww toast
2 slices TJ's healthy canadian bacon
2 small dill pickle spears
1 cup chicken soup
491 calories total
I would never be able to calculate DDs without the scale... Or not accurately anyway.
