Already adjusting my menu. Keira doesn't want to go out for bagels, so I'm taking some rotisserie chicken (6 oz) and salsa to work and will eat breakfast there.

Wow, my reuben was so decadent!! I love JUDDD!!!!!! If you eat out, how do you determine calories? My app is saying anywhere from 200 to 700 for a reuben... I'm thinking mine would fall in the upper range

I look at a variety of like items on my app and if most of them are close, I choose one of those. If they are really different, I usually try to err on the side of caution and choose one of the higher calorie options.

Thanks! I'm going with high on this one, then. Especially since the bread was quite greasy.

folks.

I was BUMMED OUT when I stepped on the scale today I thought I had a good DD yesterday... UGH.

So, I'm going to try to tighten up the reporting, cut out some crap (for example, I did not buy more pancake mix to have in the house), etc.

B: I didn't measure, but I think I had 2.5c of crispix cereal, and 1.5c of 2% milk
L: 4oz roast beef, 1/2c kasha and bowties
water
need more water
D: will be more roast beef, with kasha/bowties as the side.
if I have dark chocolate for dessert, I will totally count all the calories.

no more free UDs for me .
S.

Much later..............
Rigorous honesty:
I KNOW BETTER THAN TO BUY ANY KIND OF CHEESECAKE OR ICE CREAM DESSERTS.
I'm crazy.
Not much in the way of nourishing food today and I am over my UD calories.
The remaining cheesecake bites went down the disposal.
Come on DD.
UGH

UGH
You know, some days you just have to enjoy the foods you're eating and not beat yourself up over the choices

It happens, Pat. Don't beat yourself up. If it helps, I was going to ask if I could come over and fetch the cheesecake out of the bin.

LOL, LG,
you are funny!
I ran it through the disposal.
I'm glad it is gone.
I hate wasting food, but it would be gone if I ate it the same as it is gone cuz I pitched it.
All I need is a good DD tomorrow and I will be back in the saddle.
success on my DD truly does depend on my UD choices.
I doubt Cheesecake Bites will be much help tomorrow but I will tough it out even if I have to spend the whole 36 hours here reading old JB threads.

I'm so psyched! My mantra worked, and I will tally up to 1811 after having a spoon of PB as my bedtime snack. Best UD I've had in awhile!
