UD Saturday

So yesterday, being a DD, I didn't eat a single one of all the valentine treats I got from my students. This morning I woke up excited to eat some! I ate one Lindt milk chocolate heart, a hershey kiss and half a brownie and I feel sick. YAY! Why yay? Because before I would have eaten ten times that amount feeling sick at all! Now my body is saying, "uhhhh... no. Eat something we actually need." So I'm having turkey and swiss roll-ups with asparagus for breakfast instead. Yum!

Congratulations! Up day for me as well. I am so excited. I was able to get through Valentine's Day without munching. Not sure what the day has in store, but hoping the hubster has plans for us today.

We've been out shopping all day.

I had a bagel with cream cheese and coffee for breakfast.

For lunch, we went to Chevy's and I got chicken fajitas, thinking that would be fairly good. Um, yeah, almost at my UD calories just from breakfast and lunch.

Thankfully, it's almost 7:00 p.m. and I'm still not hungry. Dinner is a rum/pineapple and coconut Cascade Ice. I'll finish the day at 2027 calories (I allow 2000 on UDs in maintenance, so I consider this a win).
