Morning
Keurig, and yes.. yes you do
DH doesn't drink coffee, and son and I both do when he's home from school. But most of the time it's just me, so the keurig is perfect for me

Here are a couple of long playground threads about it, and the various coffees (and filters/cups to make it cheaper to use ) :

Apologies again to those who don't have access yet.

I need to just get one and be done with it, lol. I cannot make a "perfect" cup of coffee but about one every so often -- purely by accident. Thanks for the links!

I had 1/4 c. of 4% cottage cheese and 1/2 c. strawberries for lunch, along with a large SF iced coffee from McD's. So I think along with this morning's coffee, I'm at around 300. I have a grilled chicken salad for dinner which is 230 calories w/o dressing, and I'll probably add about 50 calories to that with dressing. Thinking of having a baked apple later too, so probably will be up to 700-800 cal DD. My first in a long time, so I'm just happy to get it done.

I ended up having an MD today at about 1000 calories.
No biggie, but posting to be accountable!
Tomorrow is an UD but I will keep it reigned in just to be on the safe side.

Great job, Pat!! I ate my salad and did have about 1/2 apple, and part of a regular Coke, so my estimated cals of 700-800 were about right. I definitely felt a good bit of hunger and had some of the same troubles I had starting out (sleeplessness and extreme cold--extreme!), but it was definitely tolerable. Especially after seeing the scale this morning.
