My plan is to do exactly what I did on Monday.

B-Coffee with half and half
L - Ice water with 2 tablespoons ACV
D - 2 hard boiled eggs

Lots and lots of water throughout the day

Busy day for me so hopefully that will help! TOM is KILLING me this month, every so often I get one of those "difficult" periods...

Anyhoo...

B-Coffee with a little cream -35 calories
and Stevia in the Raw. South Beach Diet Protein Bar - 120 cals
Had rehearsal for 3 hrs. Now I'm back home and have to leave in an hour for an audition in Manhattan.

L-Hard Boiled egg 77 calories

Once I get back home I'm gonna do some house cleaning, put my laundry away, shower, get into jammies and go over lines and have dinner.

D-1/2 c pork stew, 1/2 c brown rice -200 cals

S-Dannon Light Greek Yogurt 80 cals (IF I NEED IT)

Total: 512 calories

My # is supposed to be 396 but I think this is the best I can do...although it's only my 3rd DD ever. maybe i will try to eat 2/3 of the clams and see how I feel.

Nonfat plain Greek yogurt, baby carrots and an orange.

BTW, having a DD today means having a DD on Friday, which is Valentine's Day. How did I manage that?

Nope. The real beauty of JUDDD is there is no way to mess it up unless you totally quit or if you make every day, day after day an UD, or if you make every day, day after day a low calorie or DD, etc. etc. Get my drift?

I think Varady says in her book that every holiday is a feast day. I think that's where I read that. Even Dr. J. mentioned being flexible enough to make your celebrations and holiday's UDs. That is part of what makes this sustainable.

You should have enough good DDs under your belt to have the SIRT1s built up and working. Stick to your MD calories tomorrow, make V-Day an UD. Then look forward to a wonderful DD on Saturday. You will be amazed at how well you do and how it pays off to follow a WOE that is satisfying and makes you happy.

After all, if you had to deny yourself and miss out on a holiday, you may end up resentful and go off plan. Just relax and enjoy JUDDD and it's great flexibility! That's my advice and I'm stickin' to it!!

No, it shouldn't be a problem. You could actually do two UDs to switch the schedule around. I may do a MD tomorrow, because I may eat a lot of candy on V Day.

Breakfast - Green Tea and Lemon Water
Lunch - (so far) Green Tea and Lemon Water
Dinner ( if needed) Lean Cuisine Frozen Raviolis (240 cals) and plain H20

If I need to remember and I'm not near a computer I do this:

Subtract DD calories from UD calories. Divide that by 2. Add that to DD# and you have it.

For example, my DD calories are 400 and UD are 2000.

2000 minus 400 = 1600

1600 divided by 2 = 800

400 + 800 = 1200

So my MD is 1200 calories (but I usually come in at about 1000 on a MD for some reason. I guess it's all I need).

You get the same number by adding your UD and DD numbers and dividing by two. Ex: 2000 + 400 = 2400, 2400/2=1200.

My dd is not so good. I had my dd planned but my son asked me to lunch. We have one Wednesday a month that we are both off work the same day so this is kinda a tradition. So I had fish tacos. I should of just had one, but nooo. I ate all three. Grrrr. If I don't eat the rest do the night I am good. But I am hungry already. Wth.

Coffee- 50 calories

Just prepared bedtime snack:
4.5oz lettuce= 18
2oz celery= 8
1oz pickle= 4
1oz lox= 35
half hard boiled egg= 36
Total= 101+50= 151 (80 calorie yogurt on hold)

I'm doing a cross between a higher DD and a lower MD calorie day maybe LIKE 700-1000?

I want to eat the heart shaped box of turtles my friend got for me for Vday ON Vday AND I have a Groupon for Burger Bistro and want to take myself there for dinner on Vday too. We'll see what happens tomorrow. If winter storm PAX that's supposed to hit tomorrow does drop the 10 inches of snow the news is predicting, rehearsal will be cancelled, possibly even the audition. If that's the case and I'm homebound tomorrow. I'm gonna clean the apartment and do some organizing and keep myself busy and do that. If I'm out and about tomorrow I may keep the UD tomorrow and just do another UD on VD and go back to DD rotation on Saturday. Did any of that make sense? LOL!
