It was more likely from the MD after an UD (UUAD). I think if you had gone into a DD you would not have seen that bounce. It's OK- it's how we learn.

Today was supposed to be a DD...and I ate too much....858 cals
I get so mad when I am doing well and getting closer and closer to my goal and then blow it. CRAP!!! Guess I'll have to call it a MD.

Does it help if you fast till 6pm on DD? I don't eat a morsel - no matter what- till my bedtime snack and that way I pretty much garuntee I won't go over.

Look at your percentages on the calculator. Maybe it's just a high DD. Have an UD tomorrow.

Once I start eating I get hungry. I don't really get hungry till I eat solid food, so you may also find it helpful on DD to wait as late as possible.

The first time I did JUDDD I ate 3 small meals a day. This time around I'm trying not to eat until supper. I'm finding this is working really well for me. It lets me have a more normal meal with my family too which I like, and they do too.

THE JB'S ARE THE BEST!!! I will be fasting until Supper on my DD's from now on. Half & Half and SF Hazelnut sweetner in my coffee until then!!!! (AND MY FINGERS CROSSED!!!)
