Starting with NEW UD/DD #'s (1538/308) to see if that makes a difference.
2/23 - 141 (DD) 550 (will keep trying for that elusive 308!!!
2/24 - 140 (UD)1463
2/25 - 140.4 (DD) 303!!!!! (First Successful DD--Where's my medal?)
2/26 - 139 (UD)1643 (STRESS eating) Need to perfect the UD now!
2/27 - 140.4 (DD)253!!!
2/28 - 139.6 (UD) 1638 (Giving away those stupid M&M's!!!!)
3/1 - 139.4 (DD) 500 on the button, 9 carbs (cutting the carbs made the difference, IMHO)
3/2 - 137.6 (UD) 1229, 17 carbs (tummy issues)
3/3 - 138.4 (DD) (428) 12 carbs
3/4 - 138.4 (UD) (1458, 28 carbs)
3/5 - 137.8 (DD) (UUAD)
3/6 - DNW (DD) (634, 25 carbs)
3/7 - 137.2 (UD)
3/8 - DNW
3/9 - 138.4

Today is the end of the 2 week experiment. I have decided not to continue on JUDDD. The DDs were too difficult for me (and I only had 2 perfect ones) and I was ravenous on the UDs and ate too much (3 times). I appreciate all the support, encouragement and advice I received from all the JBs! I wish you continued success on your journey! THANKS!

Going through somewhat similar issues! I had said I'll give it a couple of weeks (a week ago!) then I'm going to try LC and see if that shakes up things for me. Yesterday's DD easily became an UD as I had dinner to go to. And the scale went up 2.4 LBs because of higher carbs (overall, only 200 cal higher than my UD number) Today, I just decided to see what and how much I eat if I ate "normally"! Best of luck and please pop in on the main threads or this one to let us know what is working for you, as we are all learning!

Thanks everyone!

OK..I'm sitting here pondering (I know...DANGEROUS, right?) and I am wondering if I plug in my GOAL weight (128) on the JUDDD site and go with 30% Weight Loss/Maintenance mode...what would that do?
My DD's would be 516, UDs would be 1475..averaging 1070.

Here I go EXPERIMENTING again....What the hell...I'll try it for 2 weeks starting today! It's not the FIRST crazy thing I have done, and it certainly won't be the LAST!!!
Today will be a DD (516).
3/10: 139.4

Glad you've decided to stay Joanne.
You've already done a couple of weeks and your DDs were brilliant!

I'm not sure if it was the JUDDD magic kicking in or what, but I had much better losses with my higher DD's last week (500-600 range w/ focus on protein, eating at lunch and dinner time). Maybe it will be good for you too!

Hey! This is going to be a great experiment to follow! I wonder if anyone else has tried plugging in goal weight numbers and upping the DD to 30%? This sounds brilliant! It might just be the plan you need to relax and get things moving in the right direction!

If you don't experiment, how can you learn?

Some people lose much better at higher DD/UDs. When there is little weight left to lose, dropping to goal weight calculations can work.

Keep experimenting, keep learning about what your body needs! Whether you arrive at goal by JUDDD or another WOE, the more you know, the easier maintenance will be.

And yes, most of your daily numbers have been looking better and better. You may be close to, but not yet at, the moment JUDDD Magic kicks in big time.
