right?

I was hungry when I woke up, but I'm trying to do an eating window of 12-8. So I waited, and it passed.

I also didn't drink anything yet, b/c I wanted to see the lowest # possible on the scale.
sigh.

anyway, here we are. Oh, and I'm going to the Dr. later today to get my ear looked at, making sure it's a jaw thing and not an ear thing really.

B: x

L: not sure. Maybe the stirfry from knife class last night.

D: DH is going with an old childhood friend for dinner, so I will probably find myself some sushi!

So I just noticed, Dawn, you're not doing LC anymore? How was the experiment?

I did it for about 2 1/2 weeks. I lost a couple of pounds of water, then maintained (though eating every day). I added carbs back, gained back the couple of pounds of water and am maintaining again. I would rather fast a couple of days per week and eat bread. If I want to lose anything with low carb, I'll still have to fast, so there's no point in it for me.

ETA: Also, part of the reason, maybe the main reason, I did it was to get my sweets cravings under control. I think I lasted 3 days before I bought SF chocolate, so that was an epic FAIL!
