low-carb tortilla, crystal farms brand of laughing cow and sliced tomato quesadilla;
yoplait light yogurt;
1 cup sliced cucumbers;
1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese

It is -8* here this a.m. I am a HUGE FAN of winter, but I think I am officially DONE with it all!

600c my goal will be to not eat the eggs/cottage cheese.
B: A couple of strawberries and a bite size piece of VDay Chocolate (85)
L: 100 calorie pack Popcorn (100)
D: Salad (103)
I may add some feta to my salad so calories should be between 288-350ish
ACtually, scratch the salad - I think I'm going to eat a couple of chicken legs instead - 430 with the popcorn, but I'm gonna try and go without.

I worked out today! :D Did 30 min on the treadmill (fast walking)-- 250 cal.

we have a "knife skills" course today, part of my xmas gift from DH :D We have a couples cooking class on Friday (which is an UD, thankfully).
I think today, we just chop and slice, and we were told to bring containers to bring stuff home.
I have haddock at home, and I guess veggies to go with it?
That sounds like fun:)
DH and I can't cook together. I end up handing him plastic wrap and telling him to cover a bowl. That keeps him busy for a while since plastic wrap is his nemesis :laugh:

and maybe 1/4 cup white rice just for some ricey flavor 65 c

Goal for the day - Somewhere between 350 and 450 c
B: BCAA drink, hot tea
L: Diet Dr. Pepper
S: Chobani plain
D: Progresso Light Soup
Target: 400 or less, I hope!
DH has trouble with anyone around him-- he says it's b/c he usually makes breakfast, and that requires "precise timing" :rolleyeyes:

B - BTF muffin and coffee w packet of flavoring and 1 tsp coconut oil
L - Turkey sandwich on Maria bread, dill pickle spear and celery sticks
D - Tuna casserole made up of mushrooms, celery, tuna, alfredo sauce and shirataki noodles

Ok, so I had another hb egg before I left at 6pm.
Knife skills was ok- just have to keep practicing. Lots of veggies.
Made into a stirfry with oil, hoisin, mirin... And rice noodles.
I had maybe 1c when I got home
And 80 cal of 88% dark chocolate.
Not sure of the calorie count, just hoping I'm ok.
