I am glad to know it gets easier after the first DD. I am going to attempt again on Wednesday!

This sounds like it could be a good plan.
When I started I weighed and measured out everything I was "allowed" for the day. I had a bag of celery sticks for 30 calories and some cucumber salad for 40 calories. 3oz of grilled Talapia. When it was eaten I was done. DDs do get easier as you get through a few of them. Just like anything new it takes some practice and some getting used to.
