Wheat tortillas/wraps are something I miss. Gluten free ones suck and are brittle. I use corn tortillas for a lot off things but they have too strong of a flavor to use as a general wrap. They are pretty brittle, too.

Then with orange background: SOURDOUGH LOW-IN-CARB DELI-STYLE WRAPS. 80 CALORIES AND EIGHT NET CARBS.

I also have the same brand in "EVERYTHING LOW-IN-CARBS...80 calories & six net carbs.

The first one has 9 grams of fiber, the second one has 10 grams of fiber.

Really, really good for my digestive system for sure.
Thanks! Looks like they don't have them anywhere I normally shop, but if I find myself in a Vons, I'll pick some up.

We have a "Food For Less" close by and that's where I get mine.

I think Food For Less is associated with Bel-Air, so if you have one near you might check them out. Like I said, it's in the deli section. I found them right near the potato salad.

I'm not going to pretend they're remotely similar but have you tried the various recipes in the recipe board here? I find them as convenient as wraps but wouldn't compare them to any bread product - they're not brittle but very flexible.

Ouizoid's tortillas (lots and lots of tweaks in that thread) (eggwhites and psyllium husk version)

Now, that's a (Lw Cb) wrap (coconut flour version)

Awww.... I didn't want to have to actually make them.

Thanks for the links. They look relatively easy to do.

FrostyBeav, have you tried the Mission Low Carb Tortillas (not the whole wheat ones)? They come in two sizes and they are really good. Unless you're gluten-free. Then I guess they're bad. Really, really bad.

Yeah - gluten free here.

The low carb wraps served their purpose, though. Since they are mostly gluten, the gut ache I got after eating them led me to discover I couldn't eat gluten.
