Up Day - Sunday
 
Didn't see a post started on this so thought I'd list my day.

B: coffee w/h&h, green protein smoothie, 4 sf donut holes that I made in a cake pop maker (trying a recipe for DH so he can feel like he's getting somewhat of a donut fix!)

L: chicken pot pie w/lots of extra veggies, 2 strawberries

S: homemade sf strawberry rhubarb crisp topped with greek yogurt

D: not sure yet.....will depend on hunger and how many calories I have left for the day.

S: protein hot cocoa

What are you all eating today?

B: coffee with hazelnut creamer, HB egg with mustard, 1 strip bacon, clementine

L: big grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing on the side

D: pizza!!

Snack: piece of homemade fudge if I have enough calories after all the pizza :)

Junk, junk, junk, and more junk. I might add in some Advil for cramps and leg pain.

Primal brownie, chicken caeser salad, croissant, mini cookie, potato chips, Indian food...
TOO MUCH today... And too much flour

Same here, feeling yuck. I didn't know going into JUDDD that I would look forward to and enjoy the DD's more than the up days!

D-More Pork Stew, chocolate cookies for desert

S-Watched Harry Met Sally and polished off a whole bag of Utz Snack Mix with more diet soda! Ugh! I am sure I went over 2500...
