Down Day Sunday - What's Shakin'?
 
I am having water, tea, and maybe some broth.

I'm going to try and keep busy with yardwork(digging out new beds) and sewing. There will also be a Girl Scout meeting, and skyping with Middlest and Eldest in there.

I had a shock (see my egg post) so I am going to be on alert for the emotional desire to comfort eat. I think that will be a focus for the next few days.

Ha! Who am I kidding? Probably much longer than that.

Supposed to be an UD today (5:2), but I haven't decided. I'll have to see what happens, but the scale was not kind this morning and I'm contemplating joining you in a DD. :o

I finally decided to let this be a DD instead of waiting until tomorrow.

I am thinking lentil soup for lunch and chicken breast for dinner.

B: BCAA drink, water
L: 1 cup buttermilk (had it for biscuit recipe and it must be used up)
S: Chobani plain
D: Progresso Light or Chobani plain

Target: 500 or under - 400 would be better

Lots of bouillon, water and coffee
my biggest commitment for today is NO ALCOHOL.
If I feel the need for something 'solid' I will toast a slice of 35 cal bread and cube it for in my Bouillon. or maybe a plain baked sweet potato near bedtime or if I am craving a drink.

Went way over my UD calories yesterday, TOM is coming. Need some wiggle room today. The lower the better of course, but it's ok if I need up to 700 calories today

B-coffee HWC x 2 - 100
L-Cauliflower and Broth - 60

The plan for dinner is beef and veggies, maybe a salad.

Pat - my resolve weakens when I drink on a DD, not always but it can. So that's a great DD plan!

This DD turned into an UD :(

I had an allergic reaction to the lentils, so I was in a pissy mood the rest of the day.

I am thinking it will be a lot easier for my first few DDs to be on days that I am not home, so I don't have access to food all day long. So I guess I will stick with my MWF plan until I become more confident in myself.

It was cold and rainy this afternoon, so I decided to have some hot soup and skip the popcorn. I'm toasty warm now. Enjoy the show!

Dinner was 2 cups of organic creamy broccoli soup with 3 Suzie's corn/sesame/quinoa thin cakes

Total for the day: 347 calories

today is my DD, had 600 cal last time, trying to keep it to my recommended 400 today...

B - 2 coffee w/ milk (70)
L - tuna/pickles and cukes (200)
D - shrimp, greens (130)

feel a little thinner today!
