Wow! I just want to say that I'm glad you are all here to answer questions and share your own experiences. I've learned so much! Truthfully, I'm wishing I'd found JUDDD much earlier. Gone is the guilt of eating treats because they really couldn't fit into my low calorie diet. Gone is the obsessing! I would obsess about everything. All I did was think about food (WHAT I was going to eat, was I ALLOWED to eat that, did I just SCREW the entire day up, etc.). It was truly affecting my marriage. I have been diagnosed with an eating disorder but I believe this way of eating is really helping me with it. This way of eating will help me to enjoy functions and eating out instead of me avoiding everything and everyone. Also, I don't have to worry about eating too little calories. I feel like my brain and body are able to rest. Just wow. I FEEL FREE!!!!
Plus I can't believe the inches that have already started to come off. I'm already smaller than when I was at my lowest. :)
Oh and I just ate a Mars bar and I have NO guilt!!
