Loose skin?

I know this is almost unavoidable (?) when we lose weight, but does anyone have suggestions/comments about 'left-over' skin after a large weight loss? Mine is really not too bad,but I wonder if there is any way aside from surgery to tighten up. Love to hear from experienced losers on this issue!

I was very afraid of loose skin when I started losing two years ago. Being in my mid-forties, it scared me to think I might wind up just a big bag of skin. But I have to say, mine has shrunk up pretty nicely. I'm not saying there's not some little wrinklies and sags anywhere, but nowhere near what I thought there would be.

I would just say MOISURIZE! Body brushing also seems to help, although I must admit I haven't done much of it lately - I need to start that again.

There's a ton of stuff on the internet about it that I'm sure could describe it better than I can. You just get a soft bristled brush and lightly brush in circular or straight strokes upwards towards your heart. Start at your toes and move up, then start at your fingers and move up. It's supposed to exfoliate, stimulate circulation to the skin, stimulate the lymph system. It does make your skin super soft!
