I woke up with my tummy growling even though I basically had a free for all day yesterday... STILL....

B: black coffee, green tea
Afternoon snack if needed: chicken
D: more chicken
Before bed: oat bran blueberry muffin (hoping the fiber will fill me up for bedtime)

I am trying to get back on my schedule, so today will be a half-Down Day: nothing until dinner, and then a normal meal. I'm planning scallops in ghee and coconut milk, over zoodles. Tomorrow will be a real Down Day.

Changing things up today
 
I usually wait until dinner, but I feel like doing it a little different today :)


Breakfast: coffee with half cup almond milk, stevia and cinnamon 15 calories

Lunch: toast with one tablespoon dark chocolate peanut butter 130 calories

Dinner: sandwich with lettuce, tomato and hummus 160 calories

Total: 305 calories

That leaves about 200 calories to play with. Will sip on hot tea and maybe some broth it I need it. :)

I use 45 calorie bread to keep the calories from bread down so low :sing:

L-tuna with pickles and 2 tblsp spinach dip mixed in 90
S - pistachios 100
D- some beef strips with pepper and onions 200
kinda high, but this works for me..

I drank waaaay too much wine on my UD yesterday. I skyped with my best guy friend for 4 hours and it just went down so easy! LOL! Anyhoo, I'm left with a wee bit of a hangover which is making me want cheesy greasy comfort food! UGH! But I held off on eating for as long as I could then made myself a big bowl of 65 calorie chicken noodle soup which was very yummy but I still want cheesy greasy comfort food! LOL! I'm thinking I'm going to make a grilled cheese with some butter spray, 40 calorie a slice bread and 2 slices of WW american cheese for a 100 calorie sandwich and see if that helps. That leaves me around 395 to play with later, I might eat a cup or two of my chili for a late dinner. UD FRIDAY CAN'T COME FAST ENOUGH!!!

I blew this day... The combo of TOM and burrito day was too hard to resist today.

Also, found out that course I was teaching the last couple years that had me traveling (AND MESSING UP MY DIET) will be taught by another team! WOO HOO! :jumpjoy:

I'm skipping vitamins b/c I was actually feeling tired/low energy, and that can come from over-vitamin-ing.

L: 1 hb egg (70) with a dab of Dijon mustard

D: not sure, but I think I'm going to try out the extruded oat fiber/gluc noodles (b/c I'm out of shirataki anyway) and maybe leftover pork something stirfry?
