UD Thursday

Thank God! I was famished after all that shoveling yesterday, but I wanted to stick to my calories. So yay it's an Up Day.

Good Morning everyone!

B: Oatmeal & boiled egg
L: Sandwich, special k chips and yogurt
D: Chipotle. Definitely a veggie burrito bowl. I'm so grateful that the bf has been craving this.

Lunch was salami slices (we suscibe to the carnivore club... Meat by mail!) and baby carrots and dips from superbowl... And 2 handfuls of party mix.

Then upset stomach for a few hours?

Then a few oz of steak...

Dinner was a raxk of pork back ribs (dry rub) minus 3 bc i cant eat them all.

AND SPAETZLE!

Lightened the recipe with some oat fiber... Pretty good! Need to order more to make the noodles Barbo mentioned, and i can rework the spaetzle to be even lighter and lower carb (i think i can get to about 20g net and 266cal per serving, big serving)
