2/28 - -2 back to rotations and loving it!
3/4 - -1.4

2/28 = Total lost so far is 10.0
3/4 = Total lost so far is 11.4

I know it has not been a whole week yet, but the scale went down after a several really low DDs with exercise and it's staying down after UDs!! So, I'm claiming it, OK?

Ever since I got back from Palm Springs I have been loving my DDs and really loving my UDs! Seems like that break was just what I needed to get all revved up.

I had a couple of days this week that didn't go according to plan, and was worried I'd bounce up. I stayed off the scale, and while I don't usually weigh at the start of a DD, I had a "feeling" that I'd be ok with it.

Hoping for more good results and sticking to the current program (food logging, frequent exercise, sticking to the basic JUDDD plan).

Good job EI Make sure you are eating protein in some form though, so that your losses aren't made up of too much lost LBM.

Chris, so happy for you, seems like the scale is being agreeable again! More importantly the waist is trimming too!

Starting back on JUDDD WOE today.....I've been away long enough to have gained back the 12-15 pounds I lost when on it. I plan to weigh each Sunday regardless of whether its after an UD or DD. I can do stick with it this time.

No exciting new scale lows, but one good thing is since I'm doing the TDEE-20% daily break, the last two weigh-ins have not been after a down day like the other ones.

I agree, Soren, JD is an amazing BUDDD! So supportive.

Debbie, great to see you back.

Well done weeklies.

Soren you are doing fine, and your exercise is so good for you even if it slows you weight loos a little bit.

Slowly but surely, step-by-step. Yesterday was a very filling UD so I was surprised that the scale was exactly the same as my post DD low. This is a good sign I think. I sure do love JUDDD! But, dang! I'm sooooo close to being -12 that I hope a very low DD today will get me there by tomorrow! Even though I know I will bounce back up, seeing progress is exceptionally motivational.

I'd love to be in the 240's by/in April.

Soren: You did it!!!!! Congratulations on getting from the 60s to the 50s!!! That is a great milestone.

Surprisingly, I had a one pound drop yesterday after a 195 calorie DD on Wednesday! I don't know whether to go back and change my weekly weigh in number and make that my new number or just wait till next week and see what it is.

Anyway, my new after DD low is now -12.8 so I'm closer to -13 which makes me so . Yesterday was an UD and I bounced back up 2 pounds this morning, but the way things are going that didn't bum me out at all, it made me happy.

I hope it's ok that I'm still on this thread. I'm weighing every day but only posting my appx once per week weight. That seems like a realistic thing for me to do and it's working to motivate me because I can just see the downward trend instead of posting the up and down bounces every day in black and white. I gotta do what works for me right now.

I know what you mean Yam, and IMO, it's fine. I think that people can weigh whenever they want, and find the right place to post that, so that it works for them.

I weigh EOD more or less, but not always (if I think a big UD or a bad DD might throw me off), but I know I can't handle other people posting daily b/c it just puts me in a bad place mentally. So I'm staying here! you can't shake me!

I also weigh more often than weekly, but like posting weekly right now ... even if, unlike Yam, I'm maddeningly staying the same.

Since I only weighed a few times this week, and forgot what those were, I thought it's time to do the once a week weighing thing.
I'm currently doing 5:2 for maintenance - Mon/Thurs are my DDs, so I'll weigh on Friday mornings.

3/7 - 134 UD
3/14 -136 UD

Gotta get in control of my UD - I'm feeling too much freedom! My DDs are good, around 200 cal.

Hey guys - I'm going to join in here, if you don't mind. I'm not weighing any regular number of days, but probably won't be doing it daily for awhile. But I just felt like I wanted to start being accountable again. So here goes:

3/12 - 193.0
3/15 - 190.5

Yay Carol! The scale is just another tool we have in our toolbox.

I just bought some 14/16 dresses for our anniversary cruise in June. Omg! That's a full size down from where i am now. Can you say, motivation?

Carol, nice loss! I would be so thrilled to see that! Also, awesome to have you here.

As for me, my weigh in today was at 202.
oh well, onward ... and hopefully downward next week.

Debbie: WTG!

I'm actually anxious for tomorrow morning's weigh-in! Keeping calories low this DD so far. Hope I can say that at bed time tonight. Yesterday's post DD WI was a new "re-start" low. Hoping to either hit that number again or maybe go just a tad lower. I'll post here tomorrow either way.
