Pulls ups! There's ur goal Becky.

I've tried pulls up in the past.
Even when I was 45 years old and my weight was 135 or less # I couldn't do pull ups. I can jump up to the bar and grunt and grown and nothing happens.
I've always been weak in my arms. Love your goal of tacking the pull up.

I pushed a little harder yesterday on the w/o ball, and boy I feel it in my thighs today. I'll tackle another area today. Oblique muscles (harder area to w/o)and a upper back muscles.

How's everybody doing with their ending exercise goal?
Gotta have a goal to work toward!
