February: Daily Weigh-in or Alternate Day Weigh-in
 
You know the drill. I decided to include 'Alternate Day Weigh-in' in the title to support :newbie: :newbie: and others who just want to weigh after their DDs.

Goal for February is to maintain in the 120-125lbs range.

Feb 1: 120.8lbs

My goal for February: Lose about one pound a week, that would result in 147 lbs at the end of the month. So, 147 lbs after an UpDay would be my goal. I'll try to do my best...

Rest Days:1800
Keep Net Carbs below 30g, 5% Carbs/30% Protein/65% Fat

01/31 - 193.6, 2667 (3%/27%/70%), 60 minutes of weight lifting
02/01 - 192.4, 1800 planned (road trip for a college visit so who knows), rest day

Thank you both. :) I'm still reverse dieting to add more food/kcals back in without weight gain so I may go up and down a little this month while I experiment with this which is why I've given myself quite a generous range. We'll see what happens.

Goal for February: Maintain under 150 and incorporate more (er, some) exercise.
I hope to accomplish this with a mixture of EOD and/or 5:2 rotations.

I am a little afraid to join... I haven't weighed myself for months because I just could not get back faithfully in the groove. I have been stuck in the 170's for years and I had finally dipped I to the 160's before the holidays ... then everything fell apart. :(

I am afraid that if I see 170 again I will get depressed and mess up the gains that I have made.

I will see if I can force myself onto the scale after my next DD.

My goal for Feb would be just to lose something... (Not my mind or my keys... I do that regularly :D )
